Please request a preview when placing your order. We’ll let you know whether a digital proof is available for your item. Proofs help you review the design, spelling, and placement, but colors and textures may look slightly different on the finished piece. If we arrange a proof for approval, production will wait until you approve it.
Absolutely! Contact us with your idea, inspiration photos, or a description of what you have in mind. We’ll discuss what’s possible, available materials, and any additional costs before you order. Inspiration is welcome, but we may not be able to reproduce another artist’s work or protected designs.
Enter all personalization exactly as you want it to appear, including spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and date format. Please double-check these details before submitting your order and carefully review any proof provided. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away so we can see whether it can still be corrected.

Once materials have been ordered or production has begun, changes may be limited or involve additional costs. We’ll confirm what’s possible and any price or timing adjustments before proceeding.

We personalize Bibles that you select and purchase through our website. Each Bible is new that we rebind for your personalization. If you’d like a Bible you already own re-covered, contact us before ordering. We’ll discuss its size, condition, and whether it’s a good fit for the customization process.

Handle your Bible with clean, dry hands and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid moisture, excessive heat, and rubbing or picking at decorative details.
Gently dust the cover with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking, scrubbing, or using cleaning products on the cloth or personalization. Open the Bible gently without forcing it flat or bending the covers backward. A protective Bible case can help prevent scuffs when carrying it in a bag.

Prayer Journals & Bundles

We can incorporate fabrics, breast milk, cremation ashes, dried flowers, hair, and pet fur into select memorial keepsakes. If you have another meaningful material you’d like to include, contact us before ordering so we can discuss whether it’s suitable.
Most keepsakes require only a small amount, but the quantity depends on the design and number of pieces ordered. Contact us for instructions specific to your order before sending anything. Whenever possible, keep some of your original material at home rather than sending your entire supply.
We will contact your before shipping so we can provide packing instructions and confirm the shipping address. Keep each person’s or pet’s materials in separately labeled packaging, with your name and order number included.
Our preference is to overnight fresh flowers for our drying process, however if that is not available to you the flowers should be completely dry and protected in a sturdy box. Hair and fur should be clean, dry, and secured in a sealed bag inside protective outer packaging. Cremated remains require specific packaging and shipping arrangements—please wait for instructions before mailing them.
We understand that these materials are deeply personal and often irreplaceable. They are handled with care and respect, kept labeled, and associated with your order throughout the creation process. Preparing and incorporating materials may change their appearance, and materials embedded in a finished keepsake generally cannot be recovered in their original form.
Please let us know before sending your materials if you would like any unused portions returned. We’ll confirm the return arrangements with you before work begins. Tiny particles or portions used during preparation may not be recoverable.
Not always. The size, depth, and shape of a setting determine which materials it can hold. Some flowers may need to be separated into petals or smaller pieces, and hair or fur may need to be trimmed or arranged to fit. We’ll help you choose a suitable design. Natural differences in your materials make each finished keepsake unique.

Turnaround time depends on the item, customization, and current order volume. Please check your listing for the estimated production time. For memorial keepsakes, production begins after your materials arrive and any design details are confirmed. Shipping time is additional. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before purchasing so we can discuss what’s possible.
Please wait until you’ve placed your order and received our packing and shipping instructions. This helps ensure your materials are prepared correctly and can be matched to your order when they arrive. Send only the amount requested, and keep a portion at home whenever possible.
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information using the contact details provided at checkout. Please double-check your email address when ordering and check your spam folder if you don’t see your shipping notification.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, shipping box, and packaging. Keep all packaging while we review the issue, as it may be needed for a shipping claim. We’ll work with you to determine the best solution.
Because personalized and memorial items are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or personalization entered incorrectly at checkout. If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or has an error on our part, please contact us so we can make it right. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Care & Materials

Gently wipe the cover with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking, scrubbing, cleaning sprays, and rubbing or picking at personalized details. Keep your Bible or journal away from moisture, direct sunlight, and excessive heat. If you have a spill or stubborn mark, contact us for guidance specific to your cover material.
Treat your memorial jewelry gently to protect both the setting and the preserved materials. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wearing, and remove it before sleeping, exercising, cleaning, or applying lotions and perfumes. Avoid jewelry dips, ultrasonic cleaners, steam cleaning, and abrasive products. For sterling silver, gently use a silver polishing cloth on the metal only, avoiding the resin.
Some changes are natural. Resin may gradually develop a warmer or yellow tint, and preserved flowers may soften in color or fade. Flowers can also change color during the preservation process. Direct sunlight and heat can speed up these changes, so thoughtful care will help your keepsake retain its appearance. No resin or preservation method can guarantee that a piece will remain unchanged forever.
We recommend removing memorial jewelry before showering, bathing, swimming, or washing dishes. Treat your piece as water-sensitive, even if it appears fully sealed. If it gets wet accidentally, gently pat it dry with a soft cloth and allow it to dry completely before storing.
Store your keepsake in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat. Keep jewelry in a soft pouch or separate compartment to prevent scratches and tangling. An anti-tarnish strip can help protect silver settings. Display larger keepsakes away from windows and heat sources, and avoid leaving any resin piece in a hot vehicle.
