Before sharing, we will remove, cover, blur, or avoid photographing details that could reasonably identify a customer, recipient, or another person. This includes identifying names, dates, portraits, handwriting, inscriptions, and combinations of details that could reveal someone’s identity.

Personal Stories and Customer-Provided Images

A purchase does not give us permission to publish your personal story, private messages, or customer-submitted photographs.

Keeping Your Order Private

If you prefer that no images or details of your order be shared—even without identifying information—please leave a note at checkout or contact us with your order number.

You may also request a delay in posting if your purchase is a surprise gift.

If you make a privacy request after an image has been shared, we will stop future promotional use and remove it from channels we control within a reasonable time. We cannot guarantee removal of third-party reposts or recall printed materials already distributed.
